We match families to approved In Home Care service providers with educators who provide quality In Home Early Childhood Education and Care across NSW/ACT, SA & TAS. We advocate and support families to access all child care options including In Home Care, to supports the family’s individual situation.

We are part of the NSW Family Day Care Association (NSWFDCA), a not-for-profit organisation that has been supporting the childcare profession since 1976.

The In Home Care Support Agency supports families and service providers

The In Home Care program is funded by the Australian Government Department of Education.

Our role is to:

– assess family eligibility for the In Home Care program

– connect families with service providers who have educators available

– advocate for families

– prepare Family Referral Forms to support placements

– work with services to maintain high-quality education and care focused on children’s development and wellbeing

– promote the program so families who need In Home Care know how to access it
